You will find all of the informations in your lease contract. If you are not able to find it, please write us an e-mail to client@pilet-renaud.ch with the following details:

- The name(s) on the contract

- Your building’s address

- Your floor

In this case, your request has to be signed by all the tenants and you will need with a complete application file of the people you want to add.

To avoid receiving a notice of default or a potential lease termination notice for non-payment, a request for a payment arrangement can be submitted to us.

Please note that the outstanding balance must be paid in a maximum of six monthly installments.

The request can be made through the "Chez Moi" application or by phone at 022 322 55 55.

You have to send us your request, signed by all the tenant mentionned on the lease contrat, including :

The purpose of the sublease

The length of the sublease

The amount you will ask

A draft of the contract

Once we have all the elements, the regie will give you an answer within the next 30 days.
