Any Personal Information collected will be retained for the duration of the signed agreements and then, upon their expiry, for a period of 10 years, or beyond if the circumstances warrant it, especially in the event of any litigation or other legal obligations which require Us to keep them longer. This is a decision that We make on a case-by-case basis, and which is dependent on factors such as the nature of the Personal Information, the reason for its being collected and the legal or operational requirements for retaining it.
In certain circumstances, especially for statistical purposes, We may anonymise your Personal Information so that it may no longer be associated with you. In these cases, We may use such information without further notice.
We may disclose your Personal information to individuals and companies who provide services to Us as subcontractors, including companies mandated to carry out work, as well as providers of market research services, advertising services, IT hosting services, maintenance services and call centre services.
