This Pilet & Renaud development is located in the residential area of Lancy, in the south-west of Geneva. It’s a stone’s throw from the city centre while offering a quiet setting with numerous green spaces. The clean outlines of the two buildings blend into their environment thanks to extensive use of glass and discreet decorative features on their facades. The project was completed very quickly: the plans were finalised, the planning permission secured, the building work completed and the keys handed over to the new owners in less than five years!
