This development, carried out in partnership with the Société Privée de Gérance, has been a great success and demonstrates the breadth of the challenges that real estate development involves. This building, comprising three entrances and 84 residential units, was erected right in the city center in the neighbourhood of Eaux-Vives. The first challenge was the lack of space between the street and the surrounding buildings. The project had to be discussed at length with those living nearby to ensure that they were comfortable with the disruption caused by the building work and the effect that the building would have on the views from adjacent buildings. Although the new building is now in their line of sight, it also serves as a buffer against the noise of the street. It serves as a fantastic example of inward urban development.
