Le Square is located in the centre of the charming town of Carouge, close to all amenities. Led by Pilet & Renaud, this project includes the renovation and elevation of an existing building. The first floor of the building will be demolished to create 3 new floors, built on the preserved and renovated ground floor. The latter will be devoted to a commercial activity, with an arcade of 175m2 and an 39m2 atelier, while the upper floors will be occupied by 8 bright flats facing south. The interior courtyard, which surrounds the building, will be planted with trees, making the space green and welcoming.
