Living in Plan-les- Ouates

Welcome to the youngest town in Switzerland! Here, nearly 30% of the 10,000 inhabitants are under 20. A number of real estate projects have brought new large apartments to the area, attracting many families to Plan-les-Ouates – and they're very happy to be here. The municipality is also still one of the best equipped in terms of schools and sporting and cultural facilities. With so many young people around, there is a great deal going on: the neighbourhood boasts more than 70 associations, clubs for every kind of sport and an outdoor summer rock festival.
