The other side of the harbour is connected to the Rive Droite via the Pont du Mont-Blanc and the constant comings and goings of the “Mouettes”, the small red and yellow boats which, for no more than a bus fare, take you from one side to the other. The Rive Droite starts at the end of the Quai Wilson, with its line of grand hotels, where the major international organisations begin. The Parc de la Perle du Lac, which owes its name to its incredible views, allows you to take in the lake, the Jet d’Eau and the Mont Blanc in a single glance. On the nearby hill, the residential areas of Chambésy, Bellevue and Pregny offer an unspoiled natural setting on the shores of Lake Geneva but also close to the city centre, the main train station and the airport.
