This project by Pilet & Renaud consisted of constructing two additional levels on top of a 6-storey building located in the heart of old Carouge. The two new floors house 12 apartments. They harmoniously integrate into the building, while displaying a subtle visual difference to testify to its evolution. Based on a modern aesthetic, the apartments benefit from large bay windows opening onto spacious balconies overlooking a quiet street. A stone's throw from the tram line, this place is perfectly located to take advantage of the almost village atmosphere of Carouge, while being in the center of Geneva in a few minutes by tram.
