This project was a real administrative challenge! The task was to undertake major renovations of four buildings while the tenants were living on site. This was achieved by keeping a number of apartments free so the occupants could move from one to another as the work progressed. Throughout the renovation process, Pilet & Renaud’s management teams offered extensive support and assistance to the tenants.
