PRESENTATION OF PILET & RENAUD TRANSACTIONS 

On January 1st, 2018, a new entity named Pilet & Renaud Transactions SA was created within the group.

This new autonomous structure was able to develop the work force as well as the services of the pre-existing brokerage department, at the same time as the services of the company.

The strategy of this company is to intensively develop real estate brokerage, resale, sale of luxury goods, off-plan goods, as well as the sale of investment properties.

This creation allows Pilet & Renaud Transactions to compete directly with independent brokerage companies and to strengthen its vocation by giving it its own life.

THE TEAM

The team is made up of 9 people, under the responsibility of three directors: Stéphane Barbier-Mueller, Pierre Hagmann and Pierre-Henri Schild. Four highly professional brokers: Nicolas Hauser, who specialises in the prestige market, Fabienne Stendardo and Laurène Frédéric who deals with the resale of existing properties, and Vincent Roy, who specialises in the sale of investment properties. The team also includes two sales assistants, two marketing experts and a prospector.
