All registration dossiers require an analysis. Without any news from us, this means that your file is still being processed. We, therefore, thank you for your patience during this period during which we remain at your disposal for any further questions.

In order to finalize your registration, you will need to attach to it a copy (or pdf for online registration) of the following documents :

Identity document or passport
Certificate of enrolment at the University/EPFL
Certificate of non-compliance and certificates of defects of property less than 3 months old issued by the "Office des Poursuites" (for Swiss residents or for foreigners residing for more than 3 months on Swiss territory)
Residence permit (for foreigners)

For employees:

Last 3 pay slips
Employer's certificate

If you do not receive any income, the lease must be signed by a co-owner.

When you register, you will have the opportunity to propose your file for other rooms / studios of the same type in the residence. Thus, if the requested object is no longer available, another identical accommodation could be offered to you.

Insurance

All tenants are required to take out civil liability insurance (RC).

For residents of Lausanne and Ecublens, you must also take out ECA insurance. More information: www.eca-vaud.ch

Rent payments

If your rent is paid from abroad, make sure that we receive the exact amount of rent and charges: all transfer and exchange costs are your responsibility.

You are legally required to declare your arrival in Ecublens:

Rules and regulations

The cleaning and maintenance of the room or studio, sanitary facilities and common areas are the responsibility of the tenants. Weekly checks are carried out by the residence managers. They are at your disposal for advice and the loan of vacuum cleaners.

Hours of night silence

In the interest of all and to preserve the tranquility and safety of the neighbourhood, tenants are requested to comply with the regulations in force and respect the community.

Thus, silence must be respected in the common areas and accommodation from 22:00 to 7:00 in the morning.
External guests must have left the buildings by 11:30 pm at the latest.

For the sake of the inhabitants of the surrounding buildings, be careful not to make any noise outside after 10 pm.
