A contemporary-style tower with lofty ambitions in the heart of Geneva
The mixed-use building known as Lyon 77 includes office space, rental apartments and a vast retail space on the ground floor that can be divided into units and is mainly dedicated to cafés and restaurants.
La Foncière is committed to optimising and enhancing the assets in its real estate portfolio. With this in mind, it has launched a major demolition and reconstruction project on the building at Rue de Lyon 77 in Geneva. This ambitious project combines strategic and operational expertise to rise to the technical challenges involved. The completed project will significantly increase the building's rental space and give the Place des Charmilles a complete facelift.
La Foncière, the real estate investment fund which owns and is overseeing Lyon 77, has entrusted the management of the demolition and construction project to Pilet & Renaud, the building design to architect firm 3BM3 and the coordination of project contributors to the general contractor Hestia. The units will be promoted by two commercial real estate experts: Pilet & Renaud and SGP Intercity.
